Refund policy

As a research reagent store, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once your order has shipped.

If your product arrived defective or you haven't received your order after your shipping tracking shows "Delivered", please contact us at orders@danium.org within 7 calendar days of receiving the order or "Delivered" shipping status appearance. Failure to contact Danium within 7 calendar days constitutes implication of acknowledgement of the order receipt in a good condition.
